A Message From Our CEO

Child centered and family focused, St. Christopher’s has been supporting those in need of assistance since 1881. Our special services are offered in a nurturing environment by highly skilled professionals who are fully committed to the children and families we serve.

With three beautiful, safe and secure campuses, we offer a wide array of innovative research-based programs designed to address your child’s therapeutic, medical, and educational needs. Important vocational and life skills are seamlessly integrated into your child’s day, and are in keeping with his or her special gifts and talents.

For those of you considering becoming a part of our St. Christopher’s family, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your child’s needs. We look forward to meeting your child and offering you a tour of our campuses.

Our Values

St. Christopher’s core values define the belief and values that we hope will drive our actions in our quest for a forward-thinking, progressive and cutting-edge organization. These values are an integral part of our culture, and what we strive to achieve and emphasize to the outside community in all endeavors.

Safety & Well-Being

We instill a discipline of safety throughout the organization and in all aspects of our work. We are committed to providing an environment that promotes safety and well-being for all staff, youth, and families.

We share and are committed to a common vision, and depend on one another throughout the day to further our mission. We believe that meeting a child’s individual needs requires working with her/his family, and the broader community.

Rich Diversity

We treat all our partners with professionalism, dignity, and respect, nurturing an environment where people can contribute, innovate and excel. We celebrate and include all persons, ideas, values, and ethnicities.

A Learning Culture

We sustain a spirit of adventure by investing in and rewarding curiosity, creativity, and ingenuity. We offer venues for information sharing, analysis, education, and training that further our community’s common goals. Enthusiasm and creativity are honored, respected, and encouraged. We learn from our successes as well as our challenges.

We are proactive in communicating outcomes throughout the entire community. Planning, decision-making, and strategies rely on strengths, skills, mutual respect, and creative and flexible resources of a committed team.

Family & Youth Involvement

Families and youth are included in all service planning processes for increased cooperation, ownership, and success. We are committed to be there when others need us, and work collaboratively to determine appropriate services or support.
